TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Snapara mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by FlashFrame Management LLC, doing business as Snapara (“Snapara,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Individuals between 13 and 18 may only use the Platform with parental or guardian consent.
The Platform is not intended for children under 13 years old.
3. Platform Description and Neutrality
Snapara operates solely as a technology platform that allows users to create, upload, share, and interact with user-generated content.
Snapara does not:
perform inspections
provide certifications
verify users, businesses, or services
guarantee outcomes, safety, or reliability
Snapara does not act as an agent, mediator, inspector, guarantor, advisor, or legal authority.
Snapara does not replace courts, regulatory authorities, or professional services.
All interactions between users occur entirely at the users’ own risk.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for:
the accuracy of their content
their interactions with other users
compliance with applicable laws
Users agree not to:
post illegal or fraudulent content
impersonate others
violate intellectual property rights
distribute malware or malicious code
interfere with the operation of the Platform
attempt unauthorized system access
5. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
By submitting content to the Platform, users grant Snapara a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
host
store
display
reproduce
distribute
adapt for technical purposes
To the extent permitted by law, users waive any moral rights in submitted content.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, and technology associated with Snapara are owned by FlashFrame Management LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
Snapara may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time without prior notice for reasons including:
violations of these Terms
suspected fraud
legal compliance requirements
security concerns
Snapara reserves the right to remove content at its discretion.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services.
Snapara does not control or guarantee the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Snapara makes no warranties or guarantees regarding:
accuracy
reliability
legality
safety
performance
availability of the Platform
Snapara does not verify users, businesses, listings, or claims made on the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapara shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential damages
lost profits
loss of data
reputational harm
service outages
technical failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to access the Platform in the preceding 12 months, if any.
11. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snapara and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from:

misuse of the Platform
violation of these Terms
infringement of intellectual property rights
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Before initiating arbitration, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall take place in Clark County, Nevada.
Users may bring eligible claims in small claims court.
Users waive participation in class actions or class arbitrations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Force Majeure
Snapara shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control including:
natural disasters
infrastructure failures
cyber incidents
internet outages
government actions
15. Apple App Store and Google Play Provisions
If the Platform is accessed through Apple or Google devices:
Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms
Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Platform or its content
Apple shall be considered a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
16. DMCA Copyright Policy
Snapara complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice including:
identification of the copyrighted work
identification of the infringing material
your contact information
a good-faith statement
a statement under penalty of perjury
your physical or electronic signature
